Fees for our Services are outlined in your campaign agreement or as displayed on our website. All payments are due according to the terms specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific service agreement.
All content, branding, design, and technology on our website are the property of KarmaCollectiv and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KarmaCollectiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
